Vila Darja, Stara Fužina 256, 4265 Bohinjsko jezero, rent out the apartments in accordance with general terms, conditions and house rules:
· On the website www.viladarja.com the guest can make a direct reservation of an apartment in Vila Darja. The website also provides the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and house rules.
· A direct reservation is considered completed and confirmed once the accommodation provider receives a 30% advance payment or a written notice from the guest via the accommodation provider's email, including proof of the advance payment. The amount for the apartment rental can be transferred to the accommodation provider's bank account or paid using a credit card or PayPal.
· The GTC and the house rules of the apartment house are sent to the guest via email along with the reservation confirmation. By receiving this email, it is considered that the guest is familiar with the GTC and house rules and fully accepts them. If the guest does not agree with the GTC and house rules, he has the option to cancel the reservation free of charge within 24 hours of receiving the notice about the GTC and house rules (transaction fees for payments made by credit card or PayPal are non-refundable). Cancellation of the reservation due to disagreement with the GTC and house rules must be notified in writing to the email address of the accommodation provider.
· The price of accommodation includes service as stated on the offer/pro forma invoice. Additional services that are not included in the basic prices are listed in the offer/pro forma invoice as a surcharge; the prices are in Euros.
· If the customer does not pay the advance payment on time, this may lead to cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.
· The guest pays the difference between the advance payment and the entire arrangement to the bank account of the accommodation provider no later than three days before guest's arrival (to the accommodation provider's bank account, by credit card, or via PayPal), unless it was otherwise agreed before.
· The accommodation provider reserves the right to change the published prices. Guests who have already had a confirmed reservation are guaranteed the price that was valid at the time of confirming the reservation. In case of a reduced price, the guest is not entitled to a refund between the price at which he booked the accommodation and the price that is in the price list of the accommodation provider at the time of the comparison.
· Conditions for cancellation of the apartment direct reservation:
1. No cancellation fees are charged if the guest cancels the reservation within 24 hours after making the reservation / advance payment (transaction fees for payments made by credit card or PayPal are non-refundable), unless the guest and accommodation provider agree otherwise;
2. For the cancellation made by the guest more than 24 hours after the reservation / advance payment, cancellation costs equal to the advance payment amount apply, unless the guest and accommodation provider agree otherwise. The exception is the cancellation of the reservation due to force majeure (transaction fees for payments made by credit card or PayPal are non-refundable). The same applies in cases where the guest does not show up (a "no-show") at the accommodation and has not canceled the reservation. The exception applies for a "no-show" due to force majeure (transaction fees for payments made by credit card or PayPal are non-refundable);

The guest must inform the cancellation or change of reservation to the e-mail address of the accommodation provider.
4. Force majeure is a situation that could not have been foreseen or avoided when the reservation was made and must be documented with valid official documents.
· The minimum stay in the apartment is 3 nights in the low and the middle season and 4 nights in the high season, unless the guest and the accommodation provider agree otherwise. Exceptionally, a stay of 2 nights is also possible in the apartment; in this case, the guest pays 20 % higher rental price for the apartment.
The maximum stay in the apartment is 21 nights, unless the guest and the accommodation provider agree otherwise.
· The apartment is available after 4 pm on the day of the arrival and must be left by 10 am on the day of the departure; otherwise the accommodation provider has the right to charge an additional day.
If the guest arrives after 8:00 p.m., the guest is obliged to inform the accommodation provider about this.
· In case of an early departure, guests will be charged of 100 % daily price of the remaining reserved days.
GUEST
· The guest is obliged:
- To show valid travel documents on arrival at Vila Darja,
-To follow the house rules in the accommodation and the instructions of the accommodation provider,
- On arrival at the accommodation, to give the documents related to the confirmation and the payment of the reservation or to pay for the apartment, taking into account any advanced payment,
- To handle an inventory in the accommodation carefully.
If the guests disobey these rules, they are liable for damages and have to cover the costs connected to damages.
The guest is obliged to pay any damage caused in the accommodation to the accommodation provider on departure.
· The guest is obliged to report the complaint to the accommodation provider at the accommodation on the same day when the irregularity is found. Otherwise it is considered that they agreed with the accommodation and they lose the right to file later complaints with a request to reduce the rental price or pay damages.
· The guest is obliged to pay a tourist tax, according to the regulations.
· In Vila Darja children must be under the parental control or under control of the other adults staying in the apartment. The accommodation provider is not responsible for the safety of children in the apartment house.
THE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER
· The accommodation provider provides services in accordance with the published information, description, date and confirmed reservation and takes care of the rights and interests of the guests in accordance with good business practices.
· The accommodation provider has the right to change reservations in case of force majeure that cannot be foreseen or avoided. In this case they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and return the guest a full amount of the paid reservation.
· The accommodation provider has the right to interrupt the guest’s further stay in the accommodation if there are any technical or similar problems in the accommodation due to force majeure and due to which the guest can no longer be offered a safe and adequate level of accommodation. In this case, the accommodation provider returns the amount of paid reservation to the guest for the remaining days.
· The accommodation provider is obliged to issue an invoice to the guest.
· The accommodation provider protects the personal data of guests in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Slovenian legislation for processing of personal data and will use and store them exclusively for the purposes of processing reservations and notifications for guests.
· The accommodation provider does not take any responsibility for things brought by the guest and kept in the apartment house, shed or on the areas next to the apartment house. It is recommended that the guest stores their valuables and important documents in the safe located in the apartment. Also, the accommodation provider does not take any responsibility for the vehicle parked in the parking lot of the apartment house, nor for things stored in or on the vehicle.
HOUSE RULES
· The apartment is available after 4 pm on the day of the arrival and must be left by 10 am on the day of the departure;
· Quiet hours are from 10 pm till 7 am;
· The inventory in the accommodation must be handled with care;
· Parties and drinking in the apartment house are not allowed;
· Pets are not allowed in the apartment house;
· Smoking is forbidden in the apartment house, as is the use of candles or other combustible substances.
If the guests disobey these rules, they are removed from the apartment and the payment for the apartment is not returned to them. The guests are obliged to pay any damage caused in the accommodation to the accommodation provider on departure.
